STEPHEN LEAR

Stephen Lear joins the team on a part time basis having held senior positions both as HR Director and Chief Executive in a variety of organisations from International PLC’s and the NHS to an International Charity and a local and highly successful SME.

His main role within Leading Edge Development is to bring his business experience to bear in pushing the company forward and ensuring we keep to our clear focus and ethos. As an accredited NLP Practitioner he is also involved in one to one coaching – particularly with business leaders.

Stephen is an exceptionally good listener, gets swiftly to the heart of the problem, sees the big picture from the perspective of the client, and works with the individual or the organisation to find the solutions that will be right for them.

The remainder of his time he spends running our associate company Headland Lear Limited which specialises in conflict resolution and mediation – primarily within organisations. He is a qualified Mediator and a member of the panel of Mediators recognised by the Civil Mediation Council; and the National Mediation Helpline .
