Jane

Jane Stubberfield has over thirty years experience as a trainer and coach. As a trainer she is skilled in developing programmes focussed on meeting the needs of each delegate. Her training is delivered in a challenging, encouraging and supportive way with highly interactive workshops. She brings creativity and passion to every training programme so that her delegates can maximise their learning. 

As a coach she is dedicated to helping each client reach his or her potential and to their transformation.  She brings many influences to each and every session including the philosophy, attitude and techniques of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to bring about the changes that her clients seek. 

She understands the importance of continuously developing so that she can provide a creative and effective service. She is a Master Practitioner of NLP and an Internationally Accredited Trainer of NLP and Coach. She also has a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and a member of the Institute of Hospitality (MIH).
