Clare

Clare Tanner has 20 years experience in the HR and Development profession with over 10 years working at Board level in a variety of public sector roles. As a leader and coach Clare is passionate about developing individuals, teams and organisations to achieve transformational change. She balances her Director role in the Public Sector with her training and coaching role to bring additional insights from the workplace into her training and coaching and visa versa.

As a trainer Clare combines a blend of energy and fun within a supportive and creative environment, ensuring that each delegate is able to achieve their own personal learning goals. She believes strongly that coaching has an important role to play both in the development of people in the workplace but also as a general approach to enabling individuals to be the best that they can be.

She is a Master Practitioner and accredited Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Coach. She also has an Honours Degree in Business and is a Member of the Chartered institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and an accredited Trainer of the Association of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ANLP).
