Stephen Lear is an Associate specialising in mediation and conflict resolution.   Having held senior positions both as HR Director and Chief Executive in a variety of organisations from International PLC’s and the NHS to an International Charity and a local and highly successful SME, he brings wide experience and insights that are of great value to clients.

He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is a qualified Mediator accredited by the Civil Mediation Council.

As an accredited NLP Master Practitioner he is also involved in one to one coaching – especially with business leaders.

Stephen is an exceptionally good listener, gets swiftly to the heart of the problem, sees the big picture from the perspective of the client, and works with individuals or the organisation to find the solutions that will be right for them.
