HANDLING PERFORMANCE ISSUES AND CONFLICT

We have a great deal of experiences in helping organisations handle situations where someone is not performing well or may be someone has had a grievance taken out against them (for example, for bullying) or there is conflict that means individuals or teams are performing well below par.

There may well be situations where:

  • one or more people hate coming into work
  • there is absence with stress
  • there is lack of cooperation and low productivity
  • it may have been triggered by someone leaving or a grievance being raised
